Our spicy, rugged handcrafted rye whiskey is subtly infused in small batches with late - summer honey from New York’s Catskill Mountains for a smooth, rich flavor.


Our NY Maple Bourbon is a grain spirit distilled from non-GMO grains harvested in NY state and aged in New American Oak barrels.


Our Bonfire Rye is a limited run of 1,800 bottles. Subtle sweetness and rich flavor with a pleasant smokiness.
