Pollinator Bourbon is a grain-to-glass whiskey distilled from grains harvested in NY State and aged in New American Oak barrels for up to 6 years. It is then finished in oak barrels that have been coated with NY State maple syrup for smooth perfection. We proof our whiskeys with our mountain spring water, and don’t chill filter it. This leaves all it’s delectable flavors untouched, making it complex, elegant and balanced. With hints of caramel, vanilla and deep woody notes, Pollinator Bourbon is appreciated by novice and expert alike!
