Old Fashioned

The Old Fashioned is a classic cocktail that perfectly balances rich whiskey warmth with a hint of sweetness and aromatic bitters.

Ingredients

2 oz Pollinator Rye Whiskey, Bonfire Rye, or Pollinator Bourbon
1 sugar cube
2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
Orange peel, for garnish

Instructions

Place the sugar cube in a glass and add bitters. Muddle until dissolved.
Add the whiskey or bourbon and a large ice cube.
Stir well and garnish with an orange peel.
