NY RYE with wildflower honey and hints of spice

We blazed our own trail to bring you this uniquely spicy, rugged rye whiskey made with NY State grains and subtly infused with our raw wildflower honey from hives located in the western Catskills Mountains. Indulge in our smooth, rich flavor with hints of toffee, burnt orange peel, and golden raisin.

Catskill Provisions Honey Rye Whiskey is the winner of the Chairman's Trophy with a 94 rating from the prestigious Ultimate Spirits Challenge 2017, a Gold Medal at the 2017 Sip Awards, and a double gold medal at the 2020 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Unlike traditional whiskey aged only in oak, our spirits spend additional time in barrels coated with wildflower honey.
