Our Pollinator Gin is a grain-to-glass spirit distilled from non-GMO NY State corn and our wildflower honey, then infused with juniper berries, Lemon peel, Orris root, and pollinator-friendly botanicals such as coriander, and angelica. It is proofed down with pure, mineral-rich Catskill Mountain spring water to create an aromatic gin with a round, herbaceous bouquet with hints of citrus. It is a classic style, dry gin.
