Ingredients
2 oz Pollinator Rye Whiskey
½ ripe peach (or 1 oz peach purée)
½ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz honey syrup (1:1 honey and warm water)
3 fresh mint leaves
Mint sprig and peach slice, for garnish
Instructions
In a shaker, muddle ½ ripe peach (or 1 oz peach purée) with ½ oz lemon juice, ½ oz honey syrup, and 3 mint leaves. Add 2 oz Pollinator Rye Whiskey and a handful of ice. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass with crushed ice.
Garnish with a mint sprig and peach slice and enjoy
