Crimson Hour

A vibrant, sparkling cocktail that balances bitter-sweet depth with floral brightness and a citrusy lift.

Ingredients

3/4 oz Crimson Amaro
1/2 oz Pollinator Gin
1/4 oz Lemon Juice
2 oz Sparkling wine of choice
1 oz Club soda

Instructions

Add Crimson Amaro, Pollinator Gin, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well until chilled, then strain into a chilled flute or coupe glass.
Top with sparkling wine and club soda and gently stir to combine.
