Berry Buzz Cocktail

Light, fruity, and slightly sweet. Ideal for sipping in the sun.

Ingredients

2 oz Pollinator Vodka
1 oz fresh lemon juice
¾ oz simple syrup
4 fresh blackberries or raspberries
Sparkling water or club soda
Fresh mint and berries, for garnish

Instructions

Muddle berries in a shaker until juicy, then add Pollinator Vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Fill with ice.
Shake well until chilled, then strain into a tall glass with fresh ice.
Top with sparkling water, stir gently, and garnish with mint and berries.
