Batch Cocktail Recipes Using Pollinator Spirits

  • 1 cup Pollinator Gin
  • 1 cup Crimson Amaro
  • 1 cup dry sparkling wine (or club soda for a lighter option)
  • ½ cup fresh orange juice
  • Orange wheels & rosemary sprigs, for garnish

Instructions:

  • In a large pitcher, combine gin, amaro, and orange juice.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  • Just before serving, stir in sparkling wine or club soda.
  • Pour over ice in glasses and garnish with orange wheels and a rosemary sprig.

Serving Tip: Use a punch bowl with a large ice ring made with orange slices and herbs frozen into it for a stunning centerpiece.

2. Garden Party Punch (Serves 10–12)

Fresh, floral, and herbaceous. This one is for the green thumbs and flower lovers.

Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups Pollinator Gin
  • ½ cup elderflower liqueur
  • 2 cups cucumber-mint lemonade
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • ½ cup white grape juice (optional)
  • Cucumber ribbons, edible flowers, and fresh mint for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Mix gin, elderflower liqueur, lemonade, and grape juice in a large pitcher.
  2. Add fresh cucumber slices and mint.

Instructions:

  1. In a large pitcher, combine amaro, vodka, syrup, and lime juice.
  2. Add water or soda water depending on your desired strength.
  3. Stir well and chill before serving over ice.

*To make syrup: Simmer 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup strawberries, and a handful of basil for 10–15 minutes. Cool and strain.
